NOTE:
- Plan all training sessions, "Failing to plan is planning to fail"
- Allow time for drills and where possible stick to it.
- If introducing new drills allow a little more but don't waste too much time on any one drill.
- Break down new drills into their fundamental aspects and always demonstrate.
- Don't have drills for the sake of having drills. Always have a purpose to each drill.
- Work on your teams strength's and weaknesses - don't only work on the negatives.
- Work equally on offence and defence.
- Try to end training with a fun drill so that players leave on a good note.
